My favorite Rhodes album of recent years. Could be categorized Fusion or Electronic. Having grown a large local following, Ray Charles Ives consists only of Rhodes, bass, drums and a sampler. Notable tunes include the title track and "Sloj". I highly recommend all Rhodes fanatics get thier hands and ears on this one. Very funky and danceable. Unfortunately the only place on the net where it is available at the moment is CD Baby (http://cdbaby.com/cd/raycharlesives) or through the artists themselves (drop me an e-mail and I can get a hold of one for you.) |
