Certified piano technician specializing in Rhodes, Wurli, and Pianet repair. I take a lot of pride in my work and it Shows! Will breath new life in that tired Rhodes.

Comments:  I took a beat up Rhodes to Jay that had sustained moisture damage. This thing was in rough shape (understatement). Jay said he'd never let one get the best of him yet, but that this was going to be a challenge for sure. Well, what can I say... he made it sing again, and it plays great now.
It's so obvious that Jay loves the work he does and takes great pride in being able to support his family doing what he loves. I have referred a number of folks his way with Wurlis and Rhodes, and they all come away with the same feeling I did: Jay is the man to take your board to in Boston.

Comments:  Jay Natale is our first choice when it comes to acoustic & electric piano work. The tuning he did last month on one of our old rhodes was great. Considering the shape it was in--I was barely optimistic that it could even be tuned! I would reccomend Jay to anyone in the Boston Metro area.

Comments:  I gave Jay my Rhodes, an unwise eBay aquisition that amounted to little more than assorted parts on a board. After his complete mechanical overhaul, which included pickup replacement, array rewiring, leveling, intonation adjustment and tuning I was returned a studio-ready machine. No less than 2 internationally-touring major mabel keyboardists have given me unsolicited praise to its action and playability.

Jay clearly loves his craft - he's both personable and technically capable. Give him a shot if you're in the Boston area.

Comments:  Unbelievable! I checked out other techs in the Boston area and Jay was by far the most professional around. His work is top notch. My Rhodes was a rusty, mildewy, p.o.s and he turned it into a dream! He knows what he is doing. I will only take it to Jay Natale. I just brought my wurli in and can't wait to get it back. If you are smart you will use him!

Comments:  Having a keyboard set up the way you need it to sound and feel can make or break your desire to play the instrument. Since Jay worked on my Fender Rhodes, I have not been able to stop playing it. Jay set up the action on the keyboard perfectly and gave her the growl I was looking for. Not only that but he turned around the job much quicker than initially quoted. He loves his work and it shows in the quality of work he puts out.

Comments:  I first used Jay to work on my Wurlitzer 200 and it turned out so well that as soon as I had the money I brought my Rhodes in. It is truly like a new piano! Can not recommend this guy more highly. He knows what he is doing and cleary loves doing it. Very reasonable rates too.

Comments:  I just got my Rhodes back from Jay two days ago and I can't stop playing! Jay does awsome work. When I first had the Rhodes (two weeks ago) the action was really loose and sloppy. plus the overall sound was tired and it was really hard to get any growl. Jay made her sound and play incredible! I could not be happier. If your in the Boston area, go to Jay. He loves what he does and will get your piano playing like new.

Comments:  I'm going in to the studio with my Mark II stage piano this summer and wanted it to sound as good as possible. Jay made this happen for me and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did on it. He took the time to explain everything he did and was a pleasure to deal with.

Five BIG stars for Jay. Highly reccomended.

Comments:  The wurli was broken. It is now fixed. And he did it in a pinch because he understood that I had to have it working.
A good man.

Comments:  I bought my Rhodes in the 70's and the action always felt mooshy with not a lot of dynamics. I thought that is the way it would always be until Jay Natale worked on it. The damn thing feels like a new piano! Great responsive action. Beautiful job. He knows what he is doing that is for sure. Highly recommend! He is coming to work on my Steinway next.

Comments:  Jay really took the extra time and effort to transform my Rhodes from an unplayable mess to a fantastic instrument.

He has a trained ear for the trademark sounds that people are looking for, whether it be the bell like sound of the later 70s to the bark of the early 70s.

I would highly recommend anyone to seek him out if they live in the Boston area.
