This one's real fun. Features even a few tunes with Herbie on acoustic grand, nice Rhodes chords, great playing by the band...very well worth searching for it! |

This is impossible to find on cd here in the US. I found a copy and I think there is some fantastic moments with Herbie on the Rhodes and ARP gear. He plays with clarity and funkesque bounce. This is up there with the s/t Headhunters album! |

By the way , the Rhodes-sound on this version of Butterfly is about as good as it can get (clean-recorded).
For the geeks : the Rhodes is recorded in antiphase (left right out of phase)
