I think this record was ahead of its time, funky break beat and smooth Moog themes.
Instrumental funk group Manzel from Lexington, KY, consisted of Manzel Bush (MiniMoog, B3, Rhodes, piano, D6 clav), John L. Van Dyke (guitar), and Steve Garner (drums). Just before the sessions were totally finished, Lieutenant Manzel Bush got called off to military duty in Germany and left the music industry for good.
