No other person in this world can do what Stevie Wonder can do!. Pick any of his early 70's albums all the way to this one. Listen to the Rhodes on "All I do". Pure Stevie, he made the Rhodes sound like Silk, Herbie made it Smoke!. Check out "Butterfly". These two cats made the Rhodes sound. If you are going to study anyone playing the Rhodes. Stevie and Herbie is the First place you should start. Also Check out Earth/Wind and Fire, and the Ohio Player as well. We can NOT forget Bob James and Joe Sample they are Master's of there craft |
