Another absolute classic in my opinion, although again I don't 'love' all the songs. This album gets the highest rating purely for the track 'Creepin' - which has to be heard to be believed. Some of the warmest Rhodes you'll ever hear, with beautiful harmonies and a rich bass sound that makes you want to play the song as loud as possible. It's one of those songs that sounded familiar the first time I heard it too. I've also been told that this was meant to be a double album - so there is some unreleased Stevie material floating about. |
